don't know what to do

i have been having problems with my pc, but i was able to resolve everything by going back to a previous restore point... then the other day, i downloaded something and i made the mistake of not reading the description of the program i was downloading... and guess what? i let a virus take over my pc...stupid stupid stupid :( ... now i can't connect to the internet 'coz all my dial-up connections are gone and i can't make a new one... arrgggh... i'm sooo stupid... now i don't know what to do... can you help me?... i wish you could...
