today, my family went to antipolo to visit the church of our lady of good voyage. when we went outside the church, i told my mom that i wanted to buy something so she gave me some money. my sister and i were walking when this little boy went up to me and asked for money... i don't like giving money to the beggars because sometimes they do not use it for food, they use it for drugs or gambling... so i told him that i don't give money, and then he said that he just wanted to buy some rice coz he hasn't eaten anything yet... it broke my heart to see someone who is not even capable to buy a cup of rice.. and so i went with him to a store and i bought him rice and viand of his choice... it felt so good to be able to help another person
